Lemon and Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Chicken

Oh, boy. Talk about easy and delicious. Oh, yeah, and healthy!! I eat this for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.




Ingredients:

Brussel sprouts

2 lemons

2-3 cloves of garlic

Nitrate free bacon

Extra virgin olive oil

Rotisserie chicken (humanely raised, antibiotic free)

Coconut oil

Sea salt


Cook desired amount of bacon and set aside.

Wash and slice the brussel sprouts in halves. Place in a frying pan on low/medium to medium heat with a few large spoonful's of coconut oil.

As the sprouts begin to fry, add in your chopped cloves of garlic (or use garlic powder).

Fry the sprouts until they are crispy to your desired taste. You may need to add more coconut oil depending on how long you fry them.

When they are done, place them in a bowl or large plate and top with bits of bacon and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add chunks of rotisserie chicken and then drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Enjoy!
